As you all know, I attended the "Fashion's Night Out" event a couple of weeks ago, where local boutiques would set up stations for potential customers to view and possibly buy their merchandise. I was fortunate enough to run into Elise Robinson, owner of ChicStylez, LLC, personal shopping and wardrobe consulting services in the St. Louis area. If you guys remember from my last post, that lovely $1.00 bracelet that I bought at the event was from her. Not only does she specialize in wardrobe consulting and personal shopping, she has also been hired for fashion show production and event planning. ChicStylez, LLC started in 2007 as ChicStylez Personal Shopping Service/Blog. The blog was originally intended for "Chic Finds", where Elise would post sale alerts, promo codes, and celebrity looks for less. But over time the blog evolved to include more high fashion inspiration that she hopes her readers can take to make their own looks for less. And in addition to looks for less, Elise reports on fashion industry news and product info. I've had the pleasure to speak with Elise, but here are some words from the fashionista herself so you guys can get to know her a little bit better :
"If you were to ask anyone who knows me or has hired me in the past, they will say that I specialize in the look for less or budget shopping. Closet Reviews are my favorite. I love to see my clients excited about what I put together after shopping their closet. The only advice that I have for anyone wanting to do ANYTHING fashion related is remain knowledgeable. Fashion is fickle so you should always read industry related books, magazines, periodicals and blogs to stay in the know. I encourage my client's to explore their full style potential."I highly suggest contacting Elise if you need any services that she provides, she will get you right, and get you looking like a true fashionista.
