Paris Fashion Week is among us, and I have been anticipating the Balmain runway show. Ever since Olivier Rousteing took over as the head of the brand, Balmain has truly become the brand for the sexy, powerful woman. For this runway show it seems that Rousteing has paid homage to Yves Saint Laurent for his winter collection. I knew something looked oh so familiar with this 70's/80's vintage feel to it. It resembles Laurent's work to a tea, but you can still classify it with the Balmain brand. Check out the show below, if you're like me you might also see a hint of Rihanna inspired flare, which we all should know was coming, she's basically his muse!
